February 13, 2008 at 7pm - Sharing Our Past "Dead Men Do Tell Tales: The Continuing Story" presented by Dr. David Glassman.

March 17, 2008 at 7pm Sharing Our Past “William Temple Franklin:  A Bridge between the Good Doctor and His Son” presented by Rob Spear

March 17, 2008 at 11:30am – Guild Luncheon with presentation by Dr. James MacLeod.

April 24, 2008 at 7pm - Sharing Our Past “Evansville’s Underground Mines:  The Coal Mines Beneath Us” presented by Dana Caldemeyer.

May 9, 2008 from 5-8pm – 2nd Annual Wine Dive.  A premier wine tasting event held on the lawn of the Reitz Home.  Enjoy the sounds of Jimmy Buffet (AKA Keith Vincent), the smell of burgers on the grill, the bouquet of fine wines, and the refreshing taste of specialty ales.

 

May 19, 2008 at 11:30am– Guild Luncheon with presentation by Julie Mallory.

 

May 20, 2008 at 7pm– Sharing Our Past “Woodmere:  Evansville’s Bedlam” presented by Bud Mitsos.

 

June 13, 2008 – 16th Annual Mystery Event.  An exciting “whodunit” at the Reitz Home with a storyline featuring the escapades of Mayor Benjamin Bosse.

 

June 17, 2008 at 7pm – Sharing Our Past “Early Firefighting in Evansville:  Hose House?  Where’s the Engine?” presented by Kenny Gest.


July 16, 2008 at 7pm – Sharing Our Past “Albion Fellows Bacon:  Beauty from Ashes” presented by Roberta Heiman.

 

July 19, 2008 – Guild Victorian Tea

 

August 21, 2008 – The Victorian Lawn Party at the Reitz Home.  Program by Stephanie Matthews entitled “Victorian Gardens

 

September 8, 2008 at 11:30am – Guild Luncheon at the Kennel Club with Style Show by Carolyn’s.

 

October 13, 2008 -- Guild Holiday Brunch

 

October 14, 2008 at 7pm – Sharing Our Past “Entertainment for All:  Evansville’s Cook Park” presented by Steve Apple.

 

October 18-19, 2008 - Ghosts Goblins and Other Gothic Tales. A Victorian Halloween.

 

October 20, 2008 – Guild Holiday Brunch at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.

Tuesday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Closed Monday
Closed Mondays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
Adults $7.50 - Students $2.50 - Children 12 & Under $1.50


REGULAR TOURS 
Tuesday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Sunday 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Closed Monday

Groups of 25 or more - by appointment
Any day - 9:00 am - 8:00 pm - $5.50 per person

Groups of 25 to 48 - $20.50 per person (includes tax & gratuity)
Reservations and a $50 deposit required

REITZ CARRIAGE HOUSE RENTAL
Base Fee - Four hours from entry to departure
8am - 5pm - Mon. - Fri. - $75 members/$100 non-members
5pm - 10pm - Mon. - Fri. and 8am - 10pm Sat. & Sun-
$100 members/$125 non-members
Each additional hour - $25
Extensive use of kitchen - $25
Security - 5pm - 10pm Mon. - Fri. and Sat. & Sun. - $10.00 per hour 
Deposit:  $50 Due at time of reservation
